During the 1-year manufacturer warranty, all repairs are handled on-site at our facility at no cost to you. Our technicians diagnose and fix the issue, and your machine is back online as quickly as possible. You don't pay anything for parts or labor.

After the warranty period, repairs are billed at cost (parts + labor). We provide transparent quotes before any work is done. Most common repairs cost between $50-$200. You can also choose to sell your machine or have it shipped to you.

Yes, 100%. You own the hardware outright. It's not a cloud mining contract. You can request to have it shipped to you at any time (shipping costs apply), or sell it on the secondary market. We provide a certificate of ownership.

Earnings are paid daily in Bitcoin directly to your personal wallet. You provide your BTC address, and payouts are automatic every 24 hours. There's no minimum threshold: you receive everything you mine (minus the 20% service fee and electricity costs).

The service fee covers: hosting space, 24/7 monitoring, security, cooling infrastructure, maintenance, and technical support. Electricity is billed separately at $0.011/kWh. There are no hidden fees. What you see in the calculator is what you get.

Yes, facility visits can be arranged with advance notice. We're located in Turkmenistan. We also provide video verification of your specific machine upon request, including serial number confirmation.

You can request to pause your machine at any time. However, if mining becomes unprofitable for extended periods, we recommend either waiting it out (BTC historically recovers) or selling your machine. There's no long-term contract, you're free to exit whenever you want.

Machines marked "In Stock" are installed and mining within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Machines marked "Ships in 2 weeks" need to be ordered from the manufacturer first. You'll receive login credentials to your monitoring dashboard as soon as it's live.
